Thank you so much for creating your wonderful ice creams. Last month I made the decision to go dairy free, something I’d been wanting to do for years having become increasingly concerned about the industrialisation of milk production and concerns about animal welfare. I accidentally found your lemon and coconut/vanilla ice creams in my local Co-op store in deepest West Wales and thought I’d give them a try being desperate to find a ‘store cupboard’ dessert that tasted half decent. Hurrah…I’ve found it and I’m completely hooked, can’t wait to try the chocolate which is also stocked by our local store. Congratulations on a wonderful product, I wish you continued success with your business.
